You must be the webmaster to win an award. Only apply if you are responsible for the sites design and the creator of its content.
	Please do not apply if you are hosted on a free server like geocities or angelfire. No forced banner (or popup window) sites will be reviewed.
	Family oriented, child safe sites only. No violence, profanity, racism, or pornography of any kind.
	Personal, educational, and small business sites are welcome to apply. Corporate sites may apply if submitted by the actual web designer.
	In compliance with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and Rule, no one under the age of 13 can apply for these awards.
	Your site must be in English or offer an English version unless you are applying for our Elite Art award. The universal language of art needs no translation.
	Fast loading navigation that is easily accessible on every page. Reasonably slow loading content is fine if it's worth the wait.
	Browser crashing is unacceptable. Avoid error messages, rarely will a review continue when warned of code irregularities, (like runtime errors).
	Please don't apply if your site lacks original graphics. If someone else is responsible for your graphics please give credit where credit's due.
	An 'awards won' page is a requirement for review. If your site has not yet received any, a page for future awards will do just fine.
	A broken graphic or link will lessen your chance for an award.
	Winners may reapply every year but not twice in the same award year. Approved award winners can apply for an upgrade the following award year.
