ACA is run by Patrisha Renz, webmaster of Vivi's site and part of "Artist's Choice" for 15+ years. Patrisha's qualifications are steeped in years of web & graphic design as well as substantial experience working in the art community.

We offer three awards: "Elite Design", "Elite Art" and "Seal of Approval". The categories differ but equally celebrate the graphic vision and talent achieved in creating eye-catching websites. Our winners have one thing in common; 'quality' through good design, content and visual appeal.

"Artist's Choice Award" applicants are not judged on a point system. A site must meet all our specific criteria, missing these will result in instant disqualification. A site that passes the initial requirements is then subject to the judge's personal taste and standards. If an award is not earned it does not mean that the site is not worthy of honors, only that it is not a top candidate for the ACA program.

Please read all the CRITERIA or do not bother applying, as only those who take the time to thoroughly review the ACA information will get a review themselves. Unfortunately, only about a quarter of the applicants have successfully completed this requirement thus far! Yes, I can tell. Follow the criteria to find out how.

A top rated award program must have specific and detailed program descriptions for their applicants. An evaluator spends a great deal of time judging each website. It is only reasonable to expect the criteria be read before applying for our (free) awards. ACA required reading is really not that involved, (compared with some programs), but a must for earning this award!

Your site will be visited ASAP (usually within a week). Only winning sites will be notified. If you do not receive notice within two weeks after submission you can assume your website did not qualify for an award or you bypassed our criteria. Please feel free to reapply after 3 months if changes have been made.
